Lean Manufacturing Course
The APICS Lean Manufacturing Course is organized to enable you to approach and understand the lean transformation process systematically. Using scenarios from a fictitious company, Murphy's Toys, you will be tasked with finding lean solutions to a myriad of challenges. This course of Workshops are designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the use of lean tools and techniques.

Participants in the Lean Manufacturing Course will:
  • Complete a self assessment to determine your organization’s readiness to implement lean
  • Gain practical experience analyzing how to incorporate lean into organizations
  • Obtain broad knowledge of the subject
  • Leave with a project plan for implementing lean into your organization

Lean Manufacturing Course Fees
APICS Member: $900 for all 4 modules
Non-Member: $1100 for all 4 modules

Day and Time
Classes are Saturdays from 8 am - 5 pm.
