Presentation
Overview:
The
presentation will describe and demonstrate how a software, enterprise
simulation planning (ESP) can predict future supply chain performance under
a variety of possible turbulent future states. ESP quantifies supply
chain financial metrics to an unprecedented amount of detail - most companies
are not yet aware that this technology is feasible, or that it is currently
being used by top organizations. By simulating and predicting supply
chain financial performance, strategic decisions can be driven by risk
quantification and portfolio management techniques which formerly were
applied only in finance and capital management contexts.
